What on earth is this world coming to? That a customer service representative has to STATE at the beginning of our phone call that her goal is to maintain my dignity and not offend me. And then after we dive into their digital files to assure my payment has indeed been received, she has to ASK if she met her goal in maintaining my dignity and that I wasn’t offended.
SERIOUSLY?! Please.
Just be kind to one another.
Just as you would want to be treated.
